I’m Ken crampton and want to welcome you to the Retreat we are weaving together thru our minds, bodies and Spirits! I’m asking each individual to bring three 2-3 foot string/rope(not thicker than a shoelace) get creative, choose different colors, different lengths have intent to your choices and decisions! Think of a word of intention to share each day with the group and string/rope!
